The Louisville Orchestra Musicians are continually committed to the long term viability and resilience of the Louisville Orchestra. We firmly believe that the institution needs to be studied by an industry professional from top to bottom and be set back on the path towards revitalization and innovation. We will continue to work towards returning to the city of Louisville an orchestra that will live up to the standards that this great city deserves, and one that it can be proud up for decades to come.

The Louisville Orchestra Musicians, the Orchestra Board of Directors, and orchestra management should agree to binding recommendations by a mutually agreeable, nationally recognized orchestra professional.
Both management and musicians need to work together to build a stronger, more viable, orchestra for the future of Kentucky. We owe this to the thousands of donors, our community, and the taxpayers of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
